So if you know someone (including yourself) whose dream has been to have a book published, make sure to connect him or her (or yourself) with us. It's simple. So June 10 Nury the CEO/Founder of 1010 Publishing will be in Peachtree City with the GA Book Conference for Media Specialists. We are excited to connect with media specialists who play a HUGE role in helping provide access to books that reflect the world around us to all of our children. Hooray to media specialists!!!

June 14- along with Caresource and Dekalb County Schools, 1010 Publishing will be representing and sharing Plant the Seeds Well...Expect Wonders/ Siembra la semilla bien...Cosecha maravillas during a powerful lunch for moms in the area. We will have book giveaways so don't miss it.

What's next?

August book release will be "A Long Journey to Safety" by Diep Nguyen and Nury Castillo Crawford. A beautiful and touching story inspired by Diep's journey to the USA as a little boy. It's a reflection of what we know as the Boat People Era. You just have to check it out, it will be published in a bilingual format: Vietnamese and English.

October- we are looking for Latinx published authors. Georgia State University and 1010 Publishing are joining forces to host a panel of Latinx authors. Details to come, but email us if you are interested.
