Today I am honored to share a tidbit of how I feel about my father. He is a true reflection of what a man and more over a father should be. He not only made the sacrifice to move to a new country to provide a better living situation for his family, but he brought his entire family with him. Five people in all, came to a new country not knowing the language nor many other people at all. That is an immigrant story of success. He provided for us while doing all he could to maintain the standards and morals he brought with him from Peru.
In my bilingual, children's book, "3,585 Miles to be an American Girl", I share my feelings about my dad. Thank you for being there and believing in me dad (in your own way) <<< I'll talk about that later.
